My Cause

I'm new at this and have never blogged before, so bear with me. Basically, I am trying to do everything possible to help my brother and his wife out. Hence, the blogging.

Their story: My brother is a contractor who has had very little work in the past couple years due to the economy. He is a very hard worker and creates the most beautiful, professional products.

He has 4 children, ranging from 8 months old to 9 years old. They have no health or life insurance.

He bought a house with my mother about 2 years ago. Shortly after this my mother passed away, leaving him with a house he couldn't afford. This was a very unexpected death and devastating to the whole family. My brother tried to keep up with the house payments but couldn't. The house was forclosed on a little less than a year ago.

Recently he has been renting a house and doing everything he can to pay the rent and keep food on the table, but was unable to keep up with the payments on the truck he uses for his job. It was reposessed about a week ago, leaving him with no real tranportation for his work, except his wife.

His wife is currently looking for a job, but this will also be expensive because she will have to pay to have two kids in daycare. She is currently struggling to afford diapers and food for the family.

They are great people who have fallen in hard times. I have therefore started a cause to raise money to help them. Please click on the chip in link to help out, even if just with 25 cents. EVERYTHING helps. Thank you for reading this and thank you for helping out with my cause.

  2. I can help you and your brother.
    1. There's no security in jobs now.
    2. People are being laid off every day.
    3. Some employees have lost their 401K, or some other benefits through downsizing, or employer filed for bankruptcy protection and the like.
The best thing at this moment is to own an investment, or have services that have no competition.
However the challenge is to find the best business or service that has no competition and has low start up cost.

The good news is that I work for a company that is helping people who have lost job, or who want to own a business. The company has low startup cost and has no competition, because it is the only company that is doing so.
